Who we are

Who we are The central idea, Understanding personal cultures, beliefs and traditions help us celebrate similarities and differences , an inquiry about beliefs, values, human relationships including, families, friends, communities, and different cultures. In this unit, the students will inquire about different traditions, cultures and events, how cultures and traditions are passed on and preserved and the reasons for celebration.    Their knowledge and understanding will be strengthened as the students look at the different lenses on the key concepts; connection, perspective and causation. Preschool Stories

Just like yesterday,  We have written our stories today,  The next chapter begins tomorrow. The preschoolers have concluded the unit on Personal Histories. These are also evidences of the  PERSONAL CHANGES that occurred from birth to present. The family tree that they created and the stories behind the different members of the family are also part of their stories and who they are.   Through this, we are hoping that they preschoolers will be able to understand that many factors affected their values, personalities and whatever they are right now.     Integrating Art competences in the unit, preschoolers created a self-portrait. They looked at their f
