There are many ways for children to express themselves. Ways to show their creativity and make their imaginations come alive.  This week, the Preschoolers looked back at the whole school year in Preschool.  We have listed down all the different events we have celebrated throughout the year at DSKI. Enrolment Party, Oktoberfest, St. Martin, St. Nicolaus, Halloween Party, Christmas,  Easter, Book and Culture Week, STEM Week, Autumn and Spring Break, and more! Some of these celebrations are also practiced in their own family. These are traditions that have been passed on from one family to the next.  Why are these traditions or celebrations important?  What are ways people express the importance of these traditions and celebrations?  1. Preschoolers are Upbeat!

This has been an upbeat week for the Perky Preschoolers!  UNIT OF INQUIRY This week the Preschoolers are FINDING OUT more about how roles and responsibilities make organisations run smoothly. They have shared their own roles and responsibilities at home. They have also introduced to the class the different members of their family.  We have also invited Oxana Merineau to come and share with the preschoolers the amazing roles and responsibilities af a HOUSEWIFE and a MOTHER.      INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Today preschoolers had their first IT lesson. They were taught the proper way carrying, returning and taking care of the laptops.  They were also introduced to SEESAW!  Mr. Huber came in and showed the preschoolers how to log-in in their account.
