Students have been actively engaged in preparing for our upcoming Animal Exhibit, showcasing their learning through research, creativity, and collaboration.
Each student selected an animal of interest, explored its habitat, diet, and unique adaptations, and created a visual display to share their findings.
This week the preschoolers worked in teams to group animals according to their natural habitats—such as grassland, fresh water, polar region, ocean, and forest.
Together, they collaborated to research the features and designed a small-scale habitat that reflect the unique features of each ecosystem.
This group project fostered teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity as students and teachers combined their knowledge and ideas to create cohesive, informative, and visually engaging designs.
The final displays beautifully showcase both the diversity of animal life and the power of collaboration.
As part of the preparation, preschoolers will practice presentation skills and take ownership of presenting their work to peers, teachers, and visiting families next week.
The exhibit not only highlighted their knowledge of the animal but also encouraged curiosity, confidence, and pride in their learning.
I am incredibly proud of the effort and enthusiasm students brought to this project and look forward to celebrating their hard work during the Student Led Conference!
