TAKING ACTION The students are keeping in mind the importance of plants to all living things. Plants - being the ONLY one that can make its own food, and Plants - being the ONLY one that gives us the air or oxygen to live. We have to do something to preserve the plants! They started bringing all sorts of seeds to plant at school. To watermelon seeds, onion stalks, flowers, grapes.. They chose a spot where the plants can get sunshine. They dug the soil. Put in the seeds. And watered them. They did everything that the plants need in order to grow. Students will take turns watering the plants daily. Hopefully these tiny seeds will show us some sprouts before the end of the school year in Preschool. HOW WE EXPRESS OURSELVES For the unit on How we express ourselves, the preschoolers used their imagination to create different art work on the ipad.
